We specialise in adult care from the age of 18 for individuals with learning disabilities, who are on the autism spectrum.
Our goal is to offer care services tailored to meet individual needs.
At Lullul In Home Support, we provide the highest quality person-centred care, the nine principles of care are outlined in our care residential home. Our team is experienced and dedicated to supporting our service users and their families to help them achieve greater independence and a better quality of life.
The home is important for the lives of the residents we care for. Rose End is a newly built 1 bedroom home with an ensuite and comprises of a fitted kitchen with an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, and gas five-ring hob with fitted extractor fan and oven, and lounge with patio doors leading into the rear garden. Lullul in home support limited will ensure the safety of the area and the home.

Our home helps to promote the well-being of residents. Upon referral, residents' health and well-being needs will be assessed to confirm that our location is the correct environment for them and their family and that the correct medical facilities are in reasonable distance from our location.
A Health Plan is created for the resident, and information is compiled from health professionals, their families, and the residents depending on capacity. The health plan will be reviewed regularly and staff will work closely with the residents to support their health needs.
At Lullul In Home Support we endeavour to ensure:
· Residents are allocated a key worker.
· We are consistent with the approach and ethos and provide the outcomes, set out in the home’s statement of purpose.
· Ensure that all staff have the experience, qualifications, and skills to meet the needs of each resident and work well as a team member.
· To undergo regular training via e-learning and face-to-face.
· Staff is monitored via regular supervision and annual appraisals.
· Understand the impact that the high quality of care provided in the home will have on the progression and experiences of each resident and utilise this understanding to retain the development of the quality of care provided.
· Continue to monitor and have regular reviews to ensure continuous improvements in the quality of care provided.
· Residents are under constant review as they develop.
· Use researched developments about how the needs of people are best met.
Lullul in home support limited will work alongside Placement teams for the transition to take place. Care plans are tailored to meet the needs of individuals.

Upon arrival at the home, the resident will receive a Resident’s handbook/guide in a personally understandable format.
At Lullul in home support limited we focus sharply on protecting health, wellbeing, and human rights; so that residents live free from harm, abuse, and neglect. It is an integral part of providing high-quality health care. The safeguarding of children, young people, and adults is a collective responsibility. We adhere to the 6 principles of safeguarding- Empowerment, Prevention, Proportionality, Protection, Partnership, and Accountability (Care Act,2014).
Lullul in home support limited will encourage residents to actively participate in our local community depending on their capacity by joining various clubs and activities such as Disability Day opportunities, bowling, disco, shopping, sports and leisure and planting flowers, fruits and vegetables at the local allotment, which we will occupy and visiting local tourist attractions. These will help to meet their cultural needs for self-development.
We will encourage residents to understand what behaviour is acceptable, have trust, respect and respond to others.
Residents will have a Positive Behaviour Risk Assessment in place, which will be assessed regularly to help residents actively seek positive relationships with others.
The Positive Behaviour Risk Assessment will allow staff to:
· Understand residents’ behaviour.
· Understand resident’s personalised needs.
· Understand resident’s behaviour and social behaviour needs.
· Understand the development and reasons for the resident’s behaviour.
· Understand how to help residents understand their behaviour.
· Understand techniques to prevent behaviour that challenges.
· Build healthy relationships.
The Commissioners, local authorities & other professionals will visit the home to ensure appropriate facilities are in place to meet the service users needs and ensure that the property is a comfortable place to live.
We will be happy to make reasonable adjustments to the home to make the service user and family feel as comfortable and safe as possible.
Our property has been independently risk assessed for fire safety and health & safety to ensure that all risks have been minimised and are in line with fire and health & safety regulations
Upon admission into our home, if a GP, Dentist, Optician or chiropodist is not in place, they would be registered with the homes' local services.
Hospitals in this area are Walsall Manor and Sandwell General. In the event of residents being admitted into the hospital their level of support will remain the same and the residential staff will support hospital staff to ensure the resident is settled and not feeling anxious due to the change of environment.
